亚热带虾池条纹小环藻铜和锌富集及其动力学研究

摘要:
铜和锌是普遍存于对虾养殖池塘中的重金属污染物质, 查明铜和锌在水环境中的迁移规律对有效防控养殖环境铜和锌污染以及对虾健康养殖具有重要意义。作者在不同铜和锌暴露时间下测定了条纹小环藻(Cyclotella striata)铜和锌富集富集率, 研究了条纹小环藻铜和锌富集动力学, 并探讨了温度、盐度和光照度对条纹小环藻铜和锌富集的影响。结果表明: 条纹小环藻铜和锌富集过程分为快速、慢速和富集平衡3 个阶段。快速富集在30 min 内完成, 富集率可达70%以上; 慢速富集大约分别在4 h和6 h 完成, 富集率均可达90%; 以后达到富集平衡。温度、盐度和光照度对条纹小环藻铜和锌富集有显著影响。条纹小环藻铜和锌富集的最适温度范围分别为25~35 ℃和15~35℃, 盐度范围分别为20~35和25~30, 光照度均为3000~7500 lx。条纹小环藻铜和锌富集的光饱和点为3000 lx。条纹小环藻在亚热带虾池中对铜和锌均具有较强的富集能力。

Enrichments and Accumulation kinetics of Copper and Zinc by Cyclotella striata in Subtropical Shrimp Ponds
Abstract:
Copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn) pollution is common in shrimp farming. Understanding the accumulation pathway of Cu and Zn is important for maintaining a healthy aquaculture environment. In this study, we investigated the effect of different exposure time and environmental conditions (temperature, salinity and light) on the enrichments of Cu and Zn in Cyclotella striata. Results showed that Cu and Zn enrichments in C. striata underwent a succession process of fast adsorption, slow adsorption and saturation phase. The fast adsorption phase occurred during the first 30 min of the experiment, with the adsorption rate as high as 70%. The slow adsorption of Cu and Zn occurred at 4 h and 6 h, respectively, both of the adsorption rates reached 90%, followed by the saturation phase. The Cu and Zn enrichments in C. striata were significantly affected by temperature, salinity and illumination (P<0.01). The optimal environmental condition for Cu enrichments in C. striata was 25~35℃ for temperature, 20~35 for salinity, and 40~100 μmol/(m2·s) for light while optimal environmental conditions for Zn enrichment were 15~35℃ for temperature, 25~30 for salinity, and 40~100 μmol/(m2·s) for light. The Cu and Zn enrichments reached saturation when the light level reached 40 μmol/(m2·s). In conclusion, C. striata has high capacities for heavy metal absorption.
