| 论述了海洋调查资料信息管理系统标准规范、应用软件、数据库建设及关键技术, 采用组件式技术、SSH 框架与ArcGIS server 服务平台, 结合开发的海洋资料信息管理系统, 可以实现海量海洋资料的数字化、信息化管理。该系统在不断发展完善的同时, 将逐步向海洋科技界推广应用, 推进数据共享, 为科研服务。 |

Using component technology, SSH framework and ArcGIS server service platform, the Administrative System realizes digital and information management for mass Ocean data.
