藻体部位、藻质量、碳源、水流对铁钉菜和羊栖菜营养盐吸收的影响

摘要:
采用实验室生态学研究方法, 进行了藻体部位、藻质量、碳源质量浓度及水流流速对铁钉菜(Ishige foliaceaokamurai)和羊栖菜(Sargassum fusiforme)氮磷营养盐吸收影响的研究。结果表明: 2种大型海藻不同部位对营养盐的吸收速率不同, 铁钉菜下部的吸收速率最大, 其次是固着器; 羊栖菜顶部的吸收速率最大, 其次是中部。铁钉菜藻质量1.0g 的吸收速率最大, 其次是1.5g; 羊栖菜藻质量0.5 g 的吸收速率最大, 其次是1.0g; 2 种藻类2.0g 和2.5g 的吸收速率相差不多。碳源质量浓度为1200mg/L 时, 铁钉菜的吸收速率最大, 其次是碳源800mg/L; 碳源质量浓度为800mg/L 时, 羊栖菜的吸收速率最大, 其次是碳源400mg/L; 2 种海藻对照组的吸收速率均相对较低。相同流速下, 2 种海藻均以PO4-P 对照组的吸收速率最大; NO3-N、NH4-N 吸收速率在流速为50cm/s 时最大。

Abstract:
The effects of algal portion and weight, carbon concentration, and water flow on nutrient absorption by Ishige foliaceaokamurai and Sargassum fusiforme were studied by ecological methods in laboratory. The results showed that the absorption rates of different parts of the two species are different. In algal sections, for I. foliaceaokamurai, the absorption rate is the maximum at the lower part, and then the holdfast; for S. fusiforme, the lower part had the maximum rate, followed by middle part. In algal weight, for I. foliaceaokamurai, the maximum absorption rate was in 1.0g group, followed by 1.5g; for S. fusiforme, the maximum was in 0.5g weight group, followed by 1.0g one. The 2.0g and 2.5g groups of the two species were almost the same in the absorption. In carbon concentration, for I. foliaceaokamurai the absorption rate in the concentration of 1200 mg/L was the maximum, followed by 800mg/L; for S. fusiforme the maximum was in 800mg/L, and then 400mg/L group. The absorption rates of control groups of both species (without algae, pure seawater) were relatively low. In water flow speed, the absorption rates of the two species are nearly the same. In the absorption rate of PO4-P, the control (zero water flow) showed the maximum, while in the absorptions of NO3-N and NH4-N, water flow at 50cm/s reached the maximum value.
