| 根据中国科学院海洋研究所1992年5月和9月，韩国仁荷大学校海洋科学技术研究所1992年9—10月在南黄海调查所获资料及双方过去积累的多年资料进行多学科研究。研究结果全面反映了黄海海洋学特征，取得了新进展：提出沉积物化学元素和矿物分布的模式；进一步阐明黄海冷水团和青岛冷水团的温、盐结构不同，且春季不如夏季均匀一致的特点及其季节变化；提出黄海夏季溶解氧含量最大值形成机制的新解释；根据浮游、底栖生物分布资料阐述了黄海暖流和黄海冷水团的分布变化特点。编绘出《黄海海洋学图集》。该图集根据双方全面调查资料，经统一处理，提高了代表性，除一般内容外，首次编绘出潮能分布图和渔业捕捞、水产养殖图。取得的新进展和结果为海洋学研究、资源开发和渔业持续发展提供新的重要依据。 |

| China / Korea Joint Study on the oceanography of the Yellow Sea started in 1989. Multi—disciplinary oceanographic surveys were conducted in May and September 1992 by the Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Oceanology and in September 1992 by Korean Scientists led by the Inha University Ocean Science and Technology Institute. Studies on marine geology, physical oceanography, marine chemistry, marine biology and fisheries were carried out. The main results of the multi—disciplinary studies were presented at the 1st, 2nd and 3rd International Symposium on Marine Sciences of the Yellow Sea held in 1989 (Inchon), 1991 (Qingdao) and 1994 (Inchon), and published in the Proceedings and various journals. The main results and new findings of the studies are as follows.
