| 自2009年以来，一种新兴的虾类疾病——急性肝胰腺坏死病（AHPND），对全球对虾养殖业造成了巨大的损失。已有研究表明，该病病原是一类含有特殊毒力因子的弧菌，主要是副溶血性弧菌（VPAHPND）。根据已发表的文献对该病的发生、流行、病症、病原、检测方法和防控措施等方面进行阶段性的总结，以期为该病症的防控技术提供参考。 |

| Abstract: |
| Acute hepatopancreas necrosis (AHPND) is an emerging shrimp disease that has caused huge losses in the global shrimp farming industry since 2009. Studies have shown that the pathogen responsible for this disease is a type of Vibrio containing specialized virulence factors, specifically Vibrio parahaemolyticus (VPAHPND). Combined with published journal articles, this paper summarizes the current state of research progress on the disease in terms of epidemiology and pathology, etiology, pathogenesis, detection, and prevention methods, in order to provide a reference for further prevention and treatment of this disease. |
