基于CCMP(cross-calibrated multi-platform)再分析风场数据,研究了0903号台风经过前后21天对我国东部5个海上风电场的影响。

Abstract:
Wind data from the Cross-Calibrated Multi-Platform (CCMP) for Typhoon No. 0903, generated in the South China Sea, was analyzed for the 21-day wind field through the period of the typhoon's passage over five offshore wind power plants. The CCMP data showed that the output power of the wind turbines was affected by the position of the typhoon wind field relative to the turbines' location. The front edge (back edge) of the typhoon introduced a significant increase in the output power of the wind turbines on June 18-19 (27-28), 2009. On June 22-23, when the typhoon center entered the East China Sea, the output power of the five stations was lowest. Haigang S1 station in Tangshan city had the lowest single machine operating capacity (64.3%), and its rated capacity was lowest (0); Pinghu S4 station in Jiaxing City had the highest single machine operating capacity (88.1%); Rudong S3 station in Nantong City had the largest single machine rated capacity (13.1%). Over the whole passage period of typhoon No. 0903, the wind speed did not exceed the cut-out wind speed, and power generation was increased for the offshore wind farms in the eastern part of China.
