珠江口近30 年海底表层沉积物粒度分布及其环境变化

摘要:
根据1975 年及2003~2004 年夏季在珠江口水域的表层粒度资料, 研究了珠江口区域表层沉积物的分布特征, 发现其平均粒径、分选性与偏度整体分布趋势相同, 在北部口门存在着区域差异。结合历史文献资料对过去30 年珠江口的沉积环境变化进行了探讨, 结果表明珠江口表层粒度特征分布主要受水动力环境控制, 区域的分布差异与人类活动的影响关系密切。该研究可以为海岸带综合管理提供科学依据。

The changes of sea surface grain size distribution and its sedimentary environment during the last 30 years in the Zhujiang River Estuary
Abstract:
Based on the surface grain size data which collected in the summer of 1975 and 2003~2004 in the Zhujiang River Estuary, the characteristics of surface sediment grain size have been analyzed. The mean grain size, sorting and skewness show a general pattern in the last 30 years, while spatial variation exists near the northern river outlet. Sedimentary environment change in the last 3 decades has been discussed based on the hydrological survey which was done in the summer of 1975 compared with historical data, the surface grain size distribution pattern is mainly controlled by the hydrodynamic environment, partial variation may be due to influence of human activities. The outcome of the research provides a sound support for integrated coastal zone management.
