高古罗糖醛酸含量的萱藻(Scytosiphon lomentarius)多糖细微结构研究

摘要:
将青岛产幼生和成熟期萱藻(Scytosiphon lomentarius)提取分离得到多糖, 经1H-NMR 分析, 表明其为高古罗糖醛酸含量的褐藻胶, 在对其G/M 值分析基础上, 进一步对其二糖嵌段FMM, FMG, FGM, FGG和三糖嵌段FGGG, FGGM, FMGM, FMGG 含量进行了比较分析。结果表明, 幼生和成熟期萱藻除了总糖含量不同外, 其褐藻胶细微结构也有显著差别。幼生与成熟期萱藻中G/M 分别为4.34 和7.14, FGG 含量分别为73%和84%, FGGG 含量分别为68%和81%。成熟期萱藻中高含量多聚古罗糖醛酸是一种值得开发的多糖资源。

Fine structures of guluronic acid-rich aliginate from Scytosiphon lomentarius
Abstract:
The guluronic acid- rich alginate, extracted from immature and mature Scytosiphon lomentarius, were studied by 1H-NMR. Based on the G/M ratio analysis, the disaccharide fragments (FMM, FMG, FGM, and FGG) and trisaccharide fragments (FGGG, FGGM, FMGM and FMGG) were further analyzed with 1H-NMR, respectively. The result shows that the total contents of guluronic acid and the fine structure of polysaccharides in immature and mature S. lomentarius were different. The G/M ratio were 4.34 and 7.14, FGG ratio 0.73 and 0.84, and the FGGG ratio 0.68 and 0.81 in the immature and mature S. lomentarius, respectively. The mature S. lomentarius that has a high content of polyguluronic acid is a good resource for polysaccharide extraction.
