镉和苯并芘胁迫对文蛤血细胞功能的影响

摘要:
应用流式细胞仪技术, 通过检测血细胞的吞噬活力、活性氧产物和死亡率, 研究了Cd2+和苯并芘(Bap)胁迫7 d 对文蛤血细胞功能的影响。结果表明, 10 μg/L 和100 μg/L Cd2+胁迫会显著降低血细胞的吞噬活力, 增加血细胞的死亡率, 100 μg/L Cd2+会显著增加血细胞活性氧产物。5 μg/L 和50 μg/L Bap胁迫会显著降低文蛤血细胞的吞噬活力, 增加血细胞的死亡率, 50 μg/L Bap 会显著增加血细胞活性氧产物。可见, Cd2+和苯并芘胁迫会显著降低文蛤血细胞的功能, 导致文蛤免疫力下降, 增大文蛤被病害感染的机率。

The effects of cadmium and benzo[α]pyrene exposure on the immune function of Meretrix meretrix hemocytes

Abstract:
The effects of cadmium and benzo[α]pyrene (Bap) exposure on the immune function of Meretrix meretrix hemocytes were examined by flow cytometery. The results showed that 10 and 100 μg/L Cd2+ significantly suppressed phagocytosis of hemocytes and increased the mortality of hemocytes, while 100 μg/L Cd2+ stimulated reactive oxygen species (ROS) in hemocytes. Bap (5 and 50 μg/L) inhibited phagocytosis and increased the mortality of hemocytes, while 50 μg/L Bap could enhance ROS. The results suggested that cadmium and benzo[α]pyrene exposure significantly inhibited the immune function of hemocytes, which may lead to low immunity and increased infection of M. meretrix.
