养殖虾夷扇贝不同组织中重金属含量的分布

摘要:
2008年6~7月在我国北方某海域,进行了底播养殖虾夷扇贝(Patinopecten yessoensis)不同组织中Pb、Cd、Cu、Zn 4种重金属的含量调查。重金属的含量测定采用原子吸收法进行。结果表明:闭壳肌中有害重金属Pb、Cd的含量显著低于其他组织;虾夷扇贝内脏团质量虽仅占整贝质量的8%~15%,但内脏团中有害重金属Cd占整贝中Cd的76 %~85 %,Pb占整贝中Pb的为45 %~54 %;同时,研究表明虾夷扇贝对有害重金属的蓄积与养殖区域无直接相关性。

Heavy metal distribution in different tissues of Patinopecten yesoensis

Abstract:
Patinopecten yesoensis was collected in a typical mariculture area in northern China from jun. to jul. 2008. Contents of four kinds of heavy metals including Pb, Cd, Cu, Zn were investigated via atomic absorption spectrophotometry in different tissues. The results indicated as follows:The heavy contents in adductor muscle were usually lower than that in other tissues;The visceral quality accounts for 8%~15% of whole shellfish, but the Cd content in visceral accounts for 76%~85%, Pb is 45%~54%;The enrichment harmful heavy metals in P. yesoensis do not have the relevance to the cultivation areas.
