海水双壳类减数分裂器的一种免疫荧光显微观察方法

摘要:
为定性并定量研究海水双壳类受精过程中纺锤体和染色体的动态,改进了一种免疫荧光显微观察方法,包括样品的预处理、荧光染色和荧光显微观察。本方法适用于同步观测海水双壳类的纺锤体和染色体,具有操作简捷、清晰度高的优点。

An immune fluorescent method for observation of meiotic apparatus of marine bivalves

Abstract:
An immunofluorescent method was developed to be adopted for observation of meiotic apparatus, which comprises chromosomes and the meiotic spindle, of fertilized eggs from marine bivalves. This method involves the pre-treatment of samples, fluorescent staining, and observation under fluorescence microscope. It is proved that this method is adequate for simultaneous observation of spindles and chromosomes in eggs with merits of simplicity in preparation and high definition of image of interest.
