植物生长调节剂对冈村枝管藻盘状体生长发育的影响

摘要:
研究了6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)、激动素(KT)、奈乙酸( NAA)和甲壳素4种植物生长调节剂对枝管藻(Cladosiphon okamuranus To kida)盘状体的影响。结果表明: 在试验范围内6-BA对盘状体的生长具有较明显的促进作用, 其质量浓度为0.5mg/L时的促进效应最强; 不同质量浓度KT下生长的盘状体直径均大于对照, 其最有效质量浓度为1mg/L; NAA 可以延长枝管藻盘状体的生长时间, 促进盘状体生长, 其质量浓度为5mg/L 时, 盘状体的生长时间被延长7d左右, 直径可达780μm, 比对照(540μm)高出240μm; 甲壳素对盘状体生长有明显的抑制作用。

The effect of plant growth regulator on the growth of discoid of Cladosiphon okamuranus Tokida

Abstract:
The effect of four kinds of plant growth regulators. The effects 6-BA, KT, NAA and chitin on the growth of discoid of Cladosiphon okamuranus Tokida were studied. 6-BA had a strong effect of helping the discoid grow bigger. The optimal concent ration was 0.5mg/L. KT of different concentrations stimulated the growth of discoid to a degree. The diameters of discoid growing in different concentrations of KT were all bigger than that of control. KT of 1mg/L had the maximum stimulating effect. NAA can prolong the growth time of discoid. The growth time of discoid was prolonged for abount 7 days by the treatment of 5mg/L NAA. Meanwhile, the diameter of discoid was 780μm, bigger than that of control( 540μm). The chitin inhibited the growth of discoid strongly.
