分别于2004年、2005年,对取自大连、福建自然海区的 菲律宾蛤仔(Ruditapes philippinarum)进行室内人工控温促熟直至自然排放精、卵,观察并记录日平均水温及精、卵排放时间,根据积温公式K=H(T-t)拟合升温曲 线,计算得出大连、福建菲律宾蛤仔性腺发育的生物学零度分别为6.774,10.990℃;此外,定期取样,常规组织学切片观察,以人工促熟条件下有 50%个体性腺发育进入增殖期时的水温做为生物学零度对计算结果进行验证。结果表明,人工促熟条件下大连、福建菲律宾蛤仔有50%个体性腺发育进入增殖期 时的日平均水温分别为7.0,10.1℃,通过组织学研究方法证明了计算结果的准确性。研究还表明南北方不同海区菲律宾蛤仔性腺发育生物学零度是有差异 的。 |

Biological zero point of gonad development of Ruditapes philippinarum |

Abstract: |
We have conducted an artificial promoting nature experiment on Ruditapes philippinarum from Dalian and Fujian province in artificial condition in 2004 and 2005; observed and recorded the average daily temperature and the laying of egg and sperm. Thereby, with the mathematical statistics methods and formula K=H(T-t) thermal sum beneficial, it is indicated that the biological zero point for the gonad development of R. philippinarum from Dalian is 6.774℃, and that from Fujian province is 10.990℃. The histological observation demonstrates that the average water temperature for half of R. philippinarum from Dalian and Fujian to enter into multiplication period is 7.0℃ and 10.1℃, respectively. Therefore, it is verified from the experiment that the biological zero points for the gonad development of R. philippinarum from the north and south sea areas are different. |
