饥饿对大西洋浪蛤耗氧率和排氨率的影响

摘要:
采用室内实验生态学方法研究了饥饿对大西洋浪蛤 (Spisula solidissima)耗氧率和排氨率的影响。试验浪蛤软体部干质量为0.049g±0.003g,实验饥饿的时间分别为 1,3,5,7,10,13,20,27d。结果表明:(1)饥饿对浪蛤的耗氧率影响极显著(P<0.01)。浪蛤在饥饿1~7d时其耗氧率随着时 间的延长而增大;饥饿7d以后,其耗氧率随饥饿时间的延长而下降。(2)饥饿对浪蛤的排氨率影响极显著(P<0.01)。浪蛤在饥饿1~5d时其耗 氧率随时间的延长而增大;在饥饿5d以后,其排氨率随饥饿时间的延长而下降。(3)在实验期内浪蛤的O/N(O为呼吸氧原子数,N为排出氨态氮原子数)值 为17.05~34.18,平均值为21.1。

Abstract:
Effects of starvation on oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion rates of Spisula solidissima were studied. The sample initial dried weights of soft tissue were 0.049 g±0.003 g and starvation was set for 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 13, 20 and 27-days. The experimental results were as follows: (1) The oxygen consumption rate of surf clam was affected by starvation obviously(P<0.01). Oxygen consumption rate increased with the increasing time and reached a peak value at the 7th day; after the 7th day, oxygen consumption began to decrease. (2) The ammonia excretion rate of surf clam was affected by starvation obviously(P<0.01). Ammonia excretion rate increased with the increasing time and reached a peak value at the 5th day; after the 5th day,ammonia excretion rate began to decrease. (3) O/N ranged from 17.05~34.18 and the mean was 21.1.
