超临界CO2提取海鞘脂肪酸的研究

摘要:
用超临界CO2从柄海鞘(Styela clava)干粉中提取多不饱和脂肪酸。通过正交实验对提取工艺进行研究,得其最佳提取条件为:萃取温度50℃,萃取压力20 MPa,萃取时间2 h,夹带剂乙酸乙酯体积(mL):柄海鞘干粉质量(g)为1∶2。按此工艺,脂肪酸得率为19.5%。利用气相色谱进行分析,其多不饱和脂肪酸含量为 75.77%,二十碳五烯酸(EPA)和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)含量之和为19.47%。

Extracting fatty acid from Styela clava with super critical fluid CO2
Abstract:
Polyunsaturated fatty acid(PUFA)is extracted from dry powder of Styela clava with super critical fluid CO2. The extraction process is studied through orthogonal experiment and the optimization is listed as follows: S. clava has been extracted with SPF CO2 at 20 Mpa pressure, 50℃, for 2 h, and weight ratio of S. clava: volume of ethyl acetate is 1:2, and the yield is 19.5%. According to the analysis of GC, the content of PUFA in the product is 75.77%, and the content sum of EPA and DHA is 19.47%.
