美丽斜纹藻的碎屑形成过程

摘要:
在实验室条件下,依据藻体死亡后的形态变化,美丽斜纹藻(Pleurosigma formosum)的碎屑形成过程可归纳为5个阶段:(1)临界死亡期;(2)色素体变化期;(3)细胞核模糊消失期;(4)胶体形成期;(5)碎屑完全形成期。降解过程19~21d(30℃)或13~15d(37℃)。作者将色素体变化期定为美丽斜纹藻的碎屑开始期。

THE PROCESS OF DETRITUS FORMATION FROM PLEUROSIGMA FORMOSUM W. SMITH
Abstract:
This paper deals with the morphological characteristics of the degradation from benthic diatom, Pleurosigma formosum W. Smith. Under laboratory condition, the formation of detritus morphological degradation may be delineated into 5 stages: stage 1) critical, stage 2) changing in chromatophores, stage 3) disappearance of nucleus, stage 4) stabilization of jelly, stage 5) complete formation of detritus. Laboratory observation indicated that the shole process of detritus formation from Pleurosigma formosum took about 19~21 days at the temperature of 30℃ or 13~15 days at the temperature of 37℃. Stage 2) is considered to be the initiation of detritus formation when bacteria begin to come into direct contact with the dead cells.
