胶州湾桡足类的生物学研究——Ⅱ.小拟哲水蚤的个体重量测定及体长——体重关系

摘要:
本文提出一种适用于桡足类的体积测算法——绘图求积法。用中华哲水蚤(Calanus sinicus)测试的结果表明,该法与直接称重的结果相差不到1%,这说明这是比较理想的取代直接称重的方法。此法对于不便于直接称重的小型桡足类尤为适用。我们用这一方法测定了小拟哲水蚤(Paracalanus parvus)桡足幼体Ⅰ期至成体的重量,并用回归法建立了体长与体重的关系。文中还提出了另一种测算体积的方法——切片求积法。
