能量色散X射线荧光光谱测定海洋沉积物中微量元素V,Cr,Y,Zr和Nb

摘要:
本文报道了利用能量色散X射线荧光光谱测定海洋沉积物中微量元素V,Cr,Y,Zr和Nb的分析方法。该方法简便、快速,测试的精密度和准确度较好,满足了目前海洋沉积物样品的分析需要。

Abstract:
Based on the experiments in the selection of measurement conditions, and the correction of matrix effect with 6110-TEFA IK model X-ray luorescence spectrometer made by ORTEC a quantitative analysis of V, Cr, Y, Zr and Nb has been done by the authors. The samples were taken from surface sediments and core sediments in the South China Sea.The results of this analysis presented in this paper are satisfaction.
