THE AMOUNT OF PHOSPHATA-NITROGENOUS FERTILIZER REQUIRED ON THE CULTIVATION OF Navicula parva (Men) CLEVE-EULER
Abstract:
The separation of Navicula parva was carried out in the indoor culture apparatus. The optimum consistency of NO3-N was 18.285 mg/1, that of PO4-P was 0.279 mg/1. The size of the cell was equal to 10.0-22.3×3.0-6.8×2.9-4.3 μm (lenght×breadth×depth). We found that the cells were smaller in size than ones from the nature waters.
