THE SAMPLE PRESERVATION METHODS FOR THE DETERMINATION OF TOTAL DISSOLVED CARBOHYDRATES IN SEAWATER
Abstract:
In this paper, six methods of sample preservation for the determination of total dissolved carbohydrates in seawater have been compared. The method of freezing at - 20℃, addition of HgCl2 and acidification With H2SO4 has been found to be effective for sample preservation.
