ELECTRO-MICROSCOPIC OBSERVATION ON THE CHORION OF THE EGG AND EARLY EMBRYO OF CLUPEA PALLASIFROM NORTH YELLOW SEA
Abstract:
The chorion of the egg and early embryo of Clupea pallasi from Shidao and Ailun Bays in North Yellow Sea was observed with Electro-Microscope. The results of observation prove that sufficient oxygen and constant running seawater are necessary for the hatching of fish eggs.
