紫贻贝体尺性状和体质量性状对足丝性状的影响分析

摘要:
为研究紫贻贝(Mytilus galloprovincialis)体尺性状和体质量性状对足丝性状的影响, 作者选取山东省青岛市即墨养殖区的紫贻贝为研究对象, 分别测量壳长、壳宽、壳高等3个体尺性状, 全湿质量、软体质量2个体质量性状以及足丝直径和足丝茎直径2个足丝性状, 通过相关性分析、多元回归分析和通径分析等方法分别研究了体尺性状和体质量性状对足丝性状的影响。结果显示: 所有性状间相关系数为0.678~0.892, 性状间相关性达到极显著水平(P < 0.01); 多元回归和通径分析结果显示, 壳高和全湿质量分别对足丝性状的影响最大, 壳高对足丝性状通径系数分别为0.515和0.508, 全湿质量对足丝性状分别为0.417和0.520; 建立了体尺性状、体质量性状对足丝直径和足丝茎直径的回归方程。

Effects of body measurement and weight traits on byssus traits of Mytilus galloprovincialis

Abstract:
To evaluate the effects of body measurement and weight traits on the byssus traits of Mytilus galloprovincialis, approximately 106 individuals were randomly collected from the mussel cultivation raft of Jimo, Shandong Province, China. Three body measurement traits (including the shell length, shell width (WS), and shell height (HS), two weight traits (including the body weight (WB) and soft BW (WSB), and two byssus traits (including the byssal thread (BT) and byssal stem (BS) diameters) were measured. The effects of body measurement traits on the weight traits were examined by correlation, multiple regression, and path analysis. The results showed that all the measured traits correlated with each other significantly (P < 0.01), and the correlation coefficient of all the traits ranged from 0.678 to 0.892. The multiple regression and path analysis results showed that the SH and BW substantially impacted the byssus traits. The path coefficients of the SH on byssus traits were 0.515 and 0.508, respectively, and that of the BW on byssus traits were 0.417 and 0.520, respectively. The regression equations are expressed as: BT1=8.427+2.505 WS +3.486 HS (R2=0.588); BS1=–0.089+0.032 WS +0.035 HS (R2=0.689); BT2=120.712+1.443 WB + 3.171 WSB (R2=0.523); BS2=1.129+0.018 WB +0.028 WSB (R2=0.611). This study provides new insights into the selective breeding and healthy aquaculture of blue mussels.
