| Conducting the reference price assessment of marine aquaculture has good impact on market-oriented allocation for marine resources and the formation of a benign trading market of marine aquaculture. The research introduces the principle of market comparison method and its range of application. Moreover, based on the characteristics of the marine aquaculture, this study takes the open marine aquaculture in Shenzhen as main evaluation object. It also uses market comparison method to estimate its reference price and analyzes the applications and limitations of various evaluation methods in term of marine aquaculture. |
