178Hz正弦波对刺参行为、呼吸及免疫应答的影响

摘要:
根据山东荣成沿岸风电机组产生的声波范围选取其中178Hz的峰值声音, 声压级控制于(85±5)dB, 在实验室水槽中, 采用实验生态学方法研究了178Hz声波影响下的刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)幼参的行为反应、耗氧率以及体腔液抗氧化酶(CAT、SOD)浓度的变化。通过平均聚集率的变化比较, 发现刺参对178Hz的声波胁迫环境的行为反应敏感; 利用空瓶法测得幼参耗氧率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);通过测定刺参体腔液免疫活性发现在该频率声波干扰下的刺参CAT活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05), 而SOD活性于对照组差异不明显(P>0.05)。研究结果说明声波对刺参幼参的呼吸和免疫会产生明显影响,可为我国近海刺参养殖和风电发展策略提供参考。

Effects of sinusoidual waves of 178 Hz on behavior, respiration, and immune enzyme of holothurian Apostichopus japonicus

Abstract:
In accordance with characteristics of sound waves from wind power farms near China’s offshore, a frequency of 178 Hz was chosen for the experiment and the sound pressure level was controlled at a range of 85 ± 5 db. Experimental Ecology was used to investigate and compare the behavior and changes in the oxygen consumption rate and antioxidant enzyme (CAT and SOD) of a group of young Apostichopus japonicus under the influence of sound waves and a control group. Results show that young sea cucumbers tended to lean away from the sound source, and that the oxygen consumption rate of young A. japonicus in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Although the activities of CAT were markedly higher than those in control group (P < 0.05), the activity of SOD in this group was almost the same as that in the control group (P > 0.05). These results can be used in the breeding industry of holothurian A. japonicus
