| Abstract: |
| The paper discusses the influence of atmospheric factors on Babin model. Using the simulating test, evaporation duct height is calculated using Babin model and compared with P-J model’s results. The former is smaller than the latter normally. Babin model is also used to calculate the duct heights from standard meteorological data of the South China Sea and the averaged result is consistent with other statistical results, which lays the foundation of study of climate change of evaporation ducts utilizing Babin model. |
