| 废黄河三角洲位于江苏沿海北部,是由历史上黄河夺淮形成的。 目前,废黄河三角洲经济发展水平在我国沿海四大三角洲(长江三角洲、珠江三角洲、现代黄河三角洲、废黄河三角洲)中处于下游。在分析了废黄河三角洲资源优 势与限制因素以后,提出了区域可持续发展的对策:加强生态修复,提高抗御自然灾害的能力;加大港口开发力度,合理利用岸线资源;调整产业结构,加快发展生 态经济;打破行政界限,构建废黄河三角洲经济区。 |

| A strategic choice of regional sustainable development in the abandoned the Yellow River delta |

| Abstract: |
| The abandoned the Yellow River delta lies in the northern coast of Jiangsu province, which formed after the Yellow River was captured by the the Yellow River in history. Now it locates backward positions of economic development in four big coastal deltas in our country(the Yangzi River delta, the Zhujiang River delta, contemporary Yellow River delta and abandoned Yellow River delta). After analysing its benefits and disadvantages, some countermeasures of sustainable development are put forward: to repair environment and to withstand natural calamities;to exploit ports and to use coastline resources; to adjust industries and to develop ecologic economy; and to build a economic zone of the abandoned the Yellow River delta. |
