青岛湾潮间带沉积物中叶绿素的分析

摘要:
为了解潮间带沉积物中底栖微藻的现存状况,于2003年10月至2004年4月,分4次测定分析了青岛湾潮间带沉积物中的叶绿素a和脱镁叶绿酸含量。结果表明,0~2cm层沉积物中叶绿素a的含量在1.73~5.71μg/g,脱镁叶绿酸含量在0.02~1.89μg/g,2~5cm层沉积物中叶绿素a的含量在0.51~4.32μg/g,脱镁叶绿酸含量在0.12~1.58μg/g。随深度增加,叶绿素含量减少;叶绿素a是主要存在形式,脱镁叶绿酸含量占叶绿素a含量的10%~75%;同时分析了水质和沉积物粒度对叶绿素含量的影响,结果表明叶绿素的含量和组成比例与水质有关;粒度越细的沉积物,叶绿素含量较高而且稳定。

An analysis of chlorophyll in the sediments of the intertidal zone, Qingdao Bay
Abstract:
In order to get the benthic microalgae status in intertidal sediments, the contents of chlorophyll-a and phaeopigments in the sediments of the intertidal zone of Qingdao Bay were investigated from October 2003 to April 2004. The content of chlorophyll-a in 0~2cm sediment was 1.73 to 5.71μg/g, and that of phaeopigments was 0.021 to 1.89μg/g. In 2~5cm sediment the contents of chlorophyll-a and phaeopigments were 0.51 to 4.32μg/g and 0.12 to 1.58μg/g, respectively. The results showed that the pigment content decreased with the depth and content of chlorophyll-a was greater than that of phaeopigment. The content of phaeopigments was 10~75% that of chlorophyll-a. The water quality and sediment grain size in this area were also investigated. The results showed that the content of pigment and its composition proportion were affected by the water quality. And benthic microalgae increased and changed little in the finer sediments.
