A PRELIMINARY STUDY OF ARTIFICIAL REARINC OF JUVENILE CHARYBDIS (CHARYBDIS) JANONICA
Abstract:
The paper is related to the results of preliminary studies of artificial rearing of juvenile Charybdis (charybdis) japonica. The results have proved that it is possible to use seedling production installation of other aquatic animals for seedling of Charybdis (charybdis) japonica. And therefore, the increase of marine resource, such as the crab, will also be made possible. The experiment also provided information on crabs’ fishing, transporting, stocking, spawning, hatching, and larvaes rearing techniques. The increase of the survival rate of larvaes, however, need further be studied.
