THE STUDY OF THE KARYOTYPES IN CHLOROSTOMA RUSTICUM (GMELIN)

Abstract:

In present paper the chromosomes preparation and karyotype analysis of Cdlorostoma rusticum (Gmelin) is reported. Taking male generative gland as material, through hypoto-nying, fixation, staining, mounting, examining microscopically, photographing, and then projecting with slide projector onto paper, mapping, calculating, the result was found to be: 2n= 36 = 24m + 12sm.
