对虾养成环境中水溶性硫化物的分布及其对对虾的影响

摘要:
本文用实验模拟的方式探讨了对虾养成环境中的水溶性硫化物的数量、分布和随时间变化以及与溶氧量的关系。结果表明:1.仅在水质严重恶化时,在有机物污染程度高的旧池底层水中产生一硫化物薄层;2.对虾养成水体中是否产生硫化物不仅与溶氧量有关,而且与有机物污染程度有关;3.底泥间隙水中硫化物含量并非随有机物污染程度的增高而增大;在整个对虾养成期间,水溶性硫化物对对虾的影响很小。

THE DISTRIBUTION OF SOLUBLE SULFIDES IN THE GROW OUT ENVIRONMENT AND IT’S EFFECT ON PRAWN
Abstract:
This paper deals with the quantity, the distribution and the variation of soluble sulfide in different periods and its relation to dissolved oxygen. Its effect on prawn and the preparation of the new and old ponds was discussed too. The result showed: (1) poor water quality and lack of dissolved oxygen would produce a thick sulfides layer at the bottom of the old pond where organic pollution is also more serious; (2) in the grow out pond, when content of dissolved oxygen was lower to 1.6 ppm, sulfides were produced at the bottom; under the same dissolved oxygen conditions in the new pond where organic pollution was less, no sulfides were producdd; (3) it isn’t that the more serious the organic pollution, the greater the sulfides concentration in interstitial water of the suface sediment; the sulfide content in the water varies little and the effect of soluble sulfides on prawn was insignificant during the whole grow out period. In general, sulfide content isn’t the main factor that influences the growth and survive of prawn.
