浅水动力学的格子Boltzmann 模拟

摘要:
建立了一个格子Boltzmann 模型, 经过Chapman-Enskog 展开可以恢复出守恒形式的浅水动力学方程组。理论分析和数值试验的结果都表明, 本模型严格地满足质量守恒定律和动量定理。数值模拟了一维和二维溃坝流动, 分别与理论解和文献值进行了对比, 结果相当吻合。本模型具有很好的并行计算性能, 在海洋、大气等大规模数值计算领域有着广阔的发展前景。

Abstract:
A new lattice Boltzmann model was developed, which can recover the conservation equation of shallow water dynamics via Chapman-Enskog expansion. The theoretical analysis and numerical tests both show that this model strictly obeys the conservation law of mass and momentum. The dam breaking flow in 1-D and 2-D is simulated, and the results are compared with theoretical solutions and those from another paper. The agreements are satisfactory. The nature of the model means that it is good at parallel computation and has broad prospects in the numerical simulation of ocean and atmosphere.
