牙鲆体内消化酶活性的研究

摘要:
采用生化方法对一年龄牙鲆胃、肠中不同消化酶的活性进行了研究。实验组Ⅰ的牙鲆平均体重为( 350±20) g, 实验组Ⅱ的牙鲆平均体重为( 460±30) g。结果表明, 在牙鲆的胃、前肠、中肠、后肠中可以检测出蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶的活性。胃中的蛋白酶主要为酸性蛋白酶, 肠中的蛋白酶主要为碱性蛋白酶。肠中蛋白酶活性由前肠向后肠递减, 前肠与中肠的酶活性没有显著差异( P > 0. 05) ; 牙鲆肠中脂肪酶活性较胃中的高, 在肠的不同部位脂肪酶的活性无显著差异( P> 0. 05) ; 牙鲆前肠中的淀粉酶活性最高, 胃次之, 中肠、后肠中淀粉酶活性较低。随着牙鲆的生长, 蛋白酶、脂肪酶活性增强, 淀粉酶活性减弱。对产生上述实验结果的原因进行了初步分析。

ACTIVITIES OF DIGESTIVE ENZYME IN DIFFERENT TISSUES OF PARALICHTHYS OLIVACEUS

Abstract:
The activities of digestive enzyme in stomach and gut of one-year-old Paralichthys olivaceus were studied. The average weights of the fish in Group Ⅰ was (350±20)g. The activity of acidic protease in stomach was (9.71±1.33)×10-2 unit/(min?mg). The alkaline protease activities in foregut, midgut and hindgut were ( 6.75±1.63), (5.91±1. 92), (3.71±1.58)×10-2 unit/(min?mg). In stomach, foregut, midgut, hindgut, the lipase activities were (1.78±0.53), (2.21±0.76), (2.10±0.63), (2.08±0.43)×10-2 unit/(min?mg). The Amylase activities were (1.73±0.36), (2.21±0.57), (0.79±0.29), (0.95±0.37)×10-2 unit/(min?mg). The mean weights of the fish in Group Ⅱ was ( 460 ± 30) g. The acidic protease in stomach was (12.36±3.17)×10-2 unit/(min?mg). The alkaline protease activities in foregut, midgut, hindgut were (10.95±2.76), (10.48±1.65), (5.57±2.34)×10-2 unit/(min?mg). In stomach, foregut, midgut, hindgut, the lipase activities were (2.61±0.94), (3.47±1.25), (3.78±1.64), (2.95±1.37) ×10-2 unit/(min?mg), the amylase activities were (0.91±0.29), (1.23±0.61), (0.66± 0.25), (0.89±0.23) ×10-2 unit/(min?mg). The results indicate that the alkaline protease activities in foregut and midgut are higher than in hindgut. The lipase activities in gut were higher than in stomach; no significant difference was found within the gut (P>0.05). The amylase activity in foregut is higher than in stomach, which is higher than those in midgut and hindgut. With the growth of fish, the activities of protease and lipase become higher, but the amylase activity becomes lower.
