三苯基氯化锡对黑褐新糠虾的毒性效应

摘要:
于1992年7月在青岛胶州湾西岸采集黑褐新糠虾,经实验室常年培养驯化后作为实验材料,研究了三苯基氯化锡(TPTC)的急性毒性效应及其对糠虾繁殖、生殖周期和种群的慢性毒性影响。结果表明,在急性毒性实验中,TPTC对糠虾的半致死浓度为25×10-9g/L(24hLC50)和15×10-9g/L(48LC50):慢性毒性实验结果表明,TPTC能影响糠虾种群的世代繁殖,2×10-9g/L的TPTC能使糠虾首次生育的年龄延迟3d,产幼总数比对照组减少80%以上,1×10-9–2×10-9g/L的TPTC能导致糠虾生殖周期延长3–4d,在生殖期内的死亡率上升30%–55%,暴露于0.25×10-9–2.00×10-9g/L TPTC中的糠虾其子代的在6×10-9g/L TPTC中存活能力下降。可以认为,1×10-9g/L的TPTC可导致糠虾种群的衰亡。

ACUTE AND CHRONIC TOXICITY OF TRIPHENYLTIN TO NEOMYSIS AWATSCHENSIS

Abstract:
Neomysis awatschensis was collected from the western coast of Jiaozhou Bay, Qingdao, July 1992 and acclimated in our laboratory. Active, healthy mysids at age of 3±1 day were used in the experiments to study acute toxicity of organotin TPTC (Triphenyltin chloride), the main composition of antifouling paints, and its effects on the reproduction of Neomysis awatschensis. The results show that TPTC is highly toxic to Neomysis awatschensis with 24h LC50 being 25×10-9g/L and 48h LC50 being 15×10-9g/L. Apparently, TPTC can defer sexual maturity and the release of the initial brood of N. awatschensis. The generation time was prolonged from 41 to 44 days when the mysids were under 2×10-9g/L TPTC stress. TPTC increases the mortality rate of the parent shrimp by 4 and 6.5 times during the breeding period and decreases the number of the young produced by 86% and 90% when parent mysids are exposed to organotin at the concentrations of 1×10-9g/L and 2×10-9g/L, respectively. At TPTC concentration of 6×10-9g/L, the mortalities of young misids which parents were exposed to TPTC at 0.25×10-9g/L–2×10-9g/L were significantly higher than that of control. We concluded that TPTC can destroy the population of Neomysis awatschensis at 1×10-9g/L.
