掺铝氧化锌厚膜制备及其对三甲胺和海产品鲜度的敏感性

摘要:
用烧结法制备掺铝氧化锌厚膜。把氧化锌粉末分别同0%,1%,3%,5%的Al2O3粉末机械研磨混合均匀,在1100°C下烧3h,再同粘合剂,有机溶剂混合制成浆料。用刮刀法在氧化铝基片上将浆料制成膜,在100°C下烘干后再经1100°C烧结2h。膜的灵敏度的测量方法是将膜放在玻璃管内加热到测量温度,测量膜暴露在一定浓度TMA气体或由牡蛎放出的气体时电阻值的变化。测量温度为200°C,250°C,300°C和400°C。TMA气体浓度为50×10-6,150×10-6,200×10-6和300×10-6。对牡蛎的实验是将新鲜牡蛎在5℃下分别冷藏1,2,3d后取出进行的。实验结果表明,掺铝氧化锌厚膜的灵敏度随Al2O3含量的增加而增大,并在350-400°C间灵敏度最大。掺5%Al2O3的氧化锌厚膜在35O°C下对200×10-6浓度的TMA气体的灵敏度为47,响应时间约为3min。掺5%Al2O3氧化锌厚膜对牡蛎冷藏时间的变化有灵敏的反应。

Abstract:
Aluminum doped zinc oxide thick films were produced using the sintering method. The powder was prepared by mechanically mixing zinc oxide with Al2O3. The various Al2O3 contents (0%, 1%, 3%, 5%, weight percent) were tested. The powder was calcined at 1100°C for 3h. The paste obtained by mixing the resulting powder with binder and organic solvent was coated on alumina substrate using a doctor blade. The thick films were dried at 100°C for 24h and sintered at 1100°C for 2h.

The sensitivity of the films heated to an operating temperature in a glass tube was measured by the electrical resistance change of the films when the films were exposed to TMA gas or odor from oyster. The operating temperatures were 200, 250, 300, 350 and 400°C, respectively. The concentrations of TMA gas used were 5×10-6, 100×10-6, 150×10-6, 200×10-6 and 300×10-6, respectively. The oyster used for the experiment was stored in a fridge for l, 2 and 3 days, respectively, under a temperature of 5°C.

The results show that the sensitivity increases with an increase in the amount of Al2O3. The temperature at which the films have the highest sensitivity ranges between 350 and 400°C. The sensitivity of the 5% Al2O3 doped zinc oxide thick film to the 200×10-6 concentration TMA gas at 350°C is 47. The response time is about 3 min. The response of 5% Al2O3 doped zinc oxide thick film to the lengths of cold storage time for oyster is sensitive.
