13C-NMR光谱法研究几种红藻含硫半乳聚糖的结构特征

摘要:
于1989年8月对采自青岛地区的5种红藻用冷水和热水分步提取或直接加热提取方法制备含硫半乳聚糖。对其多糖进行的13C-光谱分析结果表明,扁江蓠多糖主要由琼胶糖和6-硫酸基-琼胶糖组分构成;海萝和多管藻多糖主要山6-硫酸基-琼胶糖组成,并含微量琼胶糖前体、6-OCH3-琼胶糖组分;此两种藻的热水提取物中还含有微量2-OCH3-琼胶糖;三叉仙菜的热水提取多糖主要由琼胶糖前体组成;从海膜多糖谱图的信号首次确定其主要为琼胶糖的体和l-卡拉胶组分杂交的中间多糖。

STUDIES ON THE STRUCTURAL FEATURE OF SULPHATED GALACTAN POLYSACCHARIDES FROM SOME RED SEAWEEDS USING 13C-NMR SPECTROSCOPY

Abstract:
The sulphated galactan polysaccharides were prepared by cold water and hot water extraction sequentially from Gloiopelris furcata and Polysiphonia urceolata, and by direct hot water extraction from Gracilaria textorii, Ceramium kondoi and Halymenia sinensis, which were collected on the coast of Qingdao in Aug. 1989.

The 13C-NMR spectroscopic analysis of these polysaccharides showed that the polysaccharides extracted from G. urcara, P. urceolata and G. rexmrii either by cold water or hot water consist of 6-OSO3--agarose as the main component and 6-OCH3-agarose and 2-OCH3-agarose are the minor components, while that from C. kondoi consists of agarose and precursor to agarose. The spectrum of the direct hot water extract from H. sinensis, however. indicated that many signals in it remain unknown except some signals assigned to be attributed to the precursor to agarose and l-carrageenan.
