铁、氮、磷、维生素B1和B12对海洋原甲藻的生长效应

摘要:
4因子,2水平(铁为4水平)正交试验表明:络合铁和硝态氮对海洋原甲藻(Prorocentrum micans)的生长有极显著的促进作用(P<0.01),维生素B1,B12混合液有显著促进作用(P<0.05)。络合铁和硝态氮为大鹏湾浮游植物生长的营养限制因子。而磷酸盐的作用不显著。

THE EFFECT OF IRON, VITAMINS B1, B12, NITROGEN AND PHOSPHORUS ON THE GROWTH OF PROROCENTRUM MICANS

Abstract:
Seawater was collected from Dapeng Bay, South China Sea, in Oct., Nov., 1991 and Jan., 1992. Growth promoting nutrients were examined by using AGP (Algal growth potential) test procedure. Inorganic nitrogen, phosphorus, chelated iron and vitamin B1, B12 mixture were supplemented at various combinations and concentrations according to the orthogonal designed scheme.

The results showing that the maximum standing crop of Prorocentrum micans was enhanced very remarkably (P < 0.01) by nitrate and chelated iron and remarkably (P < 0.05) by a mixture of vitamin B1 and B12 but that phosphate had no remarkable effect suggested that in Dapeng Bay the former three factors are crucial in triggering red tide in the area.
