海月水母(Aurelia sp.1) 水螅体在空气中暴露存活研究

摘要:
在实验室内研究了海月水母水螅体交替淹没在海水、暴露在空气中的存活情况, 分析了其在潮间带存活的可能性。结果表明, 整个实验过程中, 暴露15min 组, 海月水母水螅体存活率均为100%。暴露30min 组, 25h 后, 水螅体存活率为82.22%。暴露45min 组, 2.75h 时, 存活率显著降低为73.33%; 25h 后, 存活率下降为46.67%。暴露1h组, 在3h时, 水螅体存活率显著降低为46.67%; 25h 时存活率为26.67%。暴露 2h组, 4h 时, 水螅体存活率显著降低为2.38%; 8h 后水螅体全部死亡。整个实验过程中, 海月水母水螅体暴露在空气中半数死亡的时间约57min, 根据实验结果, 初步推测海月水母水螅体可能在低潮带生存, 而在高、中潮带不可能存活。

Abstract:
In the laboratory, the viability of scyphistomae of Aurelia sp.1 being exposed in air and in the seawater by turn are studied. The possibility of living in the intertidal zone was also analyzed. At the exposed 15min group, the viabil-ity rates of the scyphistomae are 100% in the experiment. At the exposed 30min group, its viability rate is 82.22% after twenty-fifth hour. At the exposed 45min group, the scyphistomae’s viability rate dramatically falls to 46.67% after twenty-fifth hour. At the exposed 1 hour group, the viability of the scyphistomae drop significantly to 46.67% after the third hour, then they fall to 26.67% after the twenty-fifth hour. At the exposed 2 hour group, the viability of the scyphistomae reduce significantly to 2.38% after 4h, then all the scyphistomae are dead after 8h. The time when half of the scyphistomae died is about 57 minute. According to the results, it is preliminarily presumed that the scyphistomae of Aurelia sp.1 may survive in lower intertidal zone.
