日本鳗鲡(Anguilla japonica)对日本沼虾(Macrobrachium nipponense)的捕食效应

摘要:
采用捕食者-猎物间捕食效应研究方法, 研究了日本鳗鲡对3种体长规格日本沼虾的捕食效应。结果表明: (1) 日本鳗鲡与日本沼虾的主要活动时段均为 17:00 至翌日 5:00, 期间日本沼虾的活动量随其体长规格的增大而减少, 日本鳗鲡的主要捕食时段为0:00—5:00, 其对体长2.4cm左右的日本沼虾有较强的追捕行为; (2) 日本鳗鲡对日本沼虾的捕食选择性仅表露于同一实验容器单元内日本沼虾体长规格组成差异较为悬殊的组别中, 且对其中体长规格明显偏小的个体具较强的捕食选择性; (3) 日本鳗鲡捕食日本沼虾的功能反应属 Holling-Ⅱ型, 日本沼虾总体被捕食情形与各实验体长规格间无显著差异, 其功能反应、种内干扰反应和种间相互干扰反应模型依次为Na = (0.1104×N0)÷(1+0.0048×N0)、E=0.0998×P-0.8582Na=(0.143×P0.0664×N0)÷(1+0.0048×N0)。

Abstract:
The predation of Anguilla japonica on 3 different body lengths of Macrobrachium nipponense was studied based on the predator-prey relationship theory. The results showed that: (1) The active time for A. japonica and M. nipponense was between 17:00 and 05:00. The activity level of M. nipponense decreased with increasing body length. The hunting time for A. japonica was between 00:00 hrs and 05:00 hrs, and the M. nipponense with body length of 2.4cm was the main target prey. (2) Size-selective predation for A. japonica on M. nipponense was observed when the former was placed with significantly different body lengths of latter, with predator on preys with far smaller size. (3) The predation functional response of A. japonica on M. nipponense belonged to type Holling-Ⅱ, and there were no significant differences of “prey situation” amongst M. nipponense with different body lengths. The models of functional response, intraspecific and interspecific interference are Na = (0.1104×N0)÷(1+0.0048×N0), E=0.0998×P-0.8582 and Na=(0.143×P0.0664×N0)÷(1+0.0048×N0), respectively.
