人工养殖曼氏无针乌贼(Sepiella maindroni) 繁殖生物学特性研究

摘要:
采用常规生物学方法和统计回归分析, 研究了养殖曼氏无针乌贼卵巢成熟系数(GSI)的变化规律和个体生殖力与其主要形态指标之间的相互关系。结果表明, 曼氏无针乌贼春苗 100 日龄时GSI达到最高(12.2%±3.25%), 秋苗 140 日龄时 GSI 达到最高(13.7%±3.69%)。曼氏无针乌贼秋苗的体质量相对生殖力(FW)极显著高于春苗 FW (P<0.01), FFaFL 与胴长(ML)、体质量(W)、净体质量(Wn)和卵巢质量(Wo)呈幂函数或指数函数关系(P<0.01)。FWML 呈线性相关(P<0.01)。GSI 只对 Fa有影响(P>0.05); 生殖力与肥满度(CF)之间呈极显著的负相关(P<0.01)。多元线性逐步回归分析表明, ML 是影响曼氏无针乌贼怀卵量的最重要指标。

Abstract:
To understand the reproductive biology characteristics of cultured Sepiella maindroni, the mantle length (ML), body weight (W), net body weight (Wn) and ovary weight (Wo) were measured, then the gonadosomatic indices (GSI), condition factor (CF) and individual fecundity were calculated. Based on these biological data, the variant regularity of GSI and the relationship between the individual fecundity and the biological character indices were studied. The result showed that the GSI of spring seedling reached the highest 12.2%±3.25% in 100 days-old; that of autumn seedling reached the highest 13.7%±3.69% in 140 days-old. There were no significantly different between spring seedling and autumn seedling on the fecundity (F), absolute fecundity (Fa) and relative fecundity FML (P>0.05), the relative fecundity FW of autumn seedling was significantly higher than that of spring seedling (P<0.01) by analysis of variance (ANOVA). The relationships between the F, Fa, FML and the ML, W, Wn, Wo could be expressed in power or exponential functions (P<0.01). There was significant (P<0.01) positive linear correlation between FW and ML. The relationships between the GSI and the Fa could be expressed in linear or power functions (P<0.01), while the GSI had no significant relationship with others individual fecundity indices (P>0.05). There was significant (P<0.01) negative correlation between individual fecundity and CF. Multi-regressive analyses showed that the individual fecundity were significantly correlated with ML and CF. The fecundity were mainly dependent on the size of ML.
