黄海小拟哲水蚤(Paracalanus parvus)丰度的季节变化

摘要:
根据2001年3、5、6、7、8、11月黄海6个航次的大容量采水器(59L)中浮游动物的样品资料,对小拟哲水蚤无节幼体及该种桡足幼体和成体丰度的时空分布格局进行了研究。结果表明,小拟哲水蚤桡足幼体和成体3月份在整个黄海测区内的丰度较低;5月份除山东半岛南岸三个高值站位,外海相对比近岸高;6、7月份的丰度水平最高,7月份航次中,丰度最高的站位可达10555ind/m3,整个测区内,海州湾内侧高于外侧;8月份,测区内的丰度分布相对均匀,丰度较低;11月份,测区小拟哲水蚤的分布相对也比较均匀。小拟哲水蚤无节幼体的丰度在黄海测区内的分布格局与该种桡足幼体及成体丰度的分布格局在3、5、6、7月份比较吻合,在8、11月份吻合程度较差。不同月份小拟哲水蚤的分布与温度、盐度、叶绿素a的关系不尽相同;其受温度的影响相对较大,受盐度、叶绿素a影响较小。

SEASONAL CHANGES IN ABUNDANCE OF SMALL COPEPOD PARACALANUS PARVUS IN THE YELLOW SEA

Abstract:
Studies on small copepods are usually less frequent than those on large copepods. However, increasing using small-meshed nets has provided more and more information on small copepods with ecological significance, promo ting our understanding of the role of small copepods in coastal ecosystem. Paracalanus parvus is an important small copepods species in the Yellow Sea and East China Sea. However studies on population dynamics of this species in this area were few. Aimed at gaining basic data of seasonal abundance changes of this small copepod, this China’s national key program was conducted. Zooplankton samples were collected with 59-liter water sampler in six cruises in March, May, June, July, August, and November 2001 in the Yellow Sea. The abundance and population dynamics of the species were studied. The results showed that the total abundance of copepodites and adult P. parvus was low below 1000 ind/m3 in the entire southern part of the Yellow Sea in March, except for the place outside Changjiang (Yangtze) River estuary. The abundance increased to the range of 3000 to 5500 ind/m3 in May in the south of Shandong peninsula; higher off shore and lower near-shore in general. In June it was up to 6000–12000 ind/m3 near Chengshantou. In most regions in the south of the research area it varied between 2000 and 6000 ind/m3. The highest abundance occurred in July in whole study area reaching 10555 ind/m3. After that, the abundance was evenly low, between 500 and 1500 ind/m3 in August ,and 500–3000 ind/m3 in November. In the study area, the distribution pattern of the adult, copepodite, nauplii abundance was roughly consistent in March, May, June, and July 2001, while less consistent in August and November. The relationship between environmental factors such as temperature, salinity, chlorophyll-a concentration and the distribution pattern of P. parvus was complicated. However, the temperature impacted more-strongly than the salinity and chlorophyll-a concentration did on the distribution pattern.
