真鲷仔鱼早期阶段的摄食能力──发育反应和功能反应

摘要:
于1995年4月–1996年5月在中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所小麦岛苗种基地,采用梯度试验方法测试在不同褶皱臂尾轮虫饵料密度下2–12日龄真鲷仔鱼的摄食率和摄食强度,通过拟合发育反应和功能反应模型的数据来评价真鲷仔鱼早期阶段的摄食能力。结果表明,从仔鱼开口2日龄至12日龄,摄食强度从0.316 μg/h提高到1.374 μg/h;摄食成功率从59%提高到70%。平均摄食发生率从0.469 μg/h提高到1.751 μg/h;食饵操纵时间在仔鱼干重50 μg时为1.30 h/μg,至干重为100 μg时,操纵1 μg轮虫仅需0.05 h;每次摄食反应的搜寻时间从1.97 h/μg降低到0.46 h/μg。轮虫密度在500–7000 ind/L范围,摄食强度从0.376 μg/h提高到1.248 μg/h;平均摄食发生率从0.560 μg/h提高到1.874 μg/h。在500 ind/L的轮虫密度下,初次摄食的仔鱼搜寻时间为3.94 h/μg,在7000 ind/L时,则降至0.8 h/μg,随着仔鱼的发育,饵料密度的影响愈来愈小。

FEEDING ABILITY OF PAGROSOMUS MAJOR LARVAE DURING EARLY DEVELOPMENT—ITS DEVELOPMENTAL AND FUNCTIONAL RESPONSES

Abstract:
The feeding ability of red sea bream (Pagrosomus major) larvae at 2–12 age in days to rotifer (Brachionus plicatilis) was studied from April 1995 to May 1996. The larvae were supplied by the Xiaomaidao breeding base, Yellow Sea Fisheries Institute. Seven groups were set with rotifer densities of 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 7000 ind/L respectively. Each group included around 20 red sea bream larvae. Feeding rates and feeding intensities were tested and were used to establish a developmental and functional responses model. The results show that the feeding intensity level ranged from 0.316 μg/h to 1.374 μg/h with larvae developing at 2–12 age in days. Capture success rate reached 59% to 70% at 2–12 age in days. The average feeding attack rates increased from 0.469 μg/h to 1.751 μg/h, the handing time decreased from 1.30 h/μg to 0.05 h/μg, and searching time of each feeding reaction minuses from 1.97 h/μg to 0.46 h/μg as red sea bream larvae grew from 50 to 100 μg dry weights. Feeding intensities from 0.376 μg/h to 1.246μg/h and average of feeding attack rates increased from 0.560 μg/h to 1.874μg/h at 500 ind/L of rotifer density heightened to 7000 ind/L. At the 500 ind/L level, the searching time was 3.94 h/μg, but it was only 0.80 h/μg at the 7000 ind/L level. As red sea bream larvae grew, the influence of prey concentration became progressively insignificant.
