黄河口磷酸盐缓冲机制的探讨──Ⅰ.黄河口悬浮物对磷酸盐的吸附-解吸研究

摘要:
以黄河口为研究对象,通过对温度、盐度、平衡时间、悬浮物含量等模拟河口现场条件,对黄河口磷酸盐的缓冲机制进行了探讨。黄河口悬浮物对磷酸盐的吸附和解吸一般在4-5h后就已趋于平衡;随着水体悬浮物含量的增加,对磷酸盐的吸附-解吸量呈指数形式下降,粒度减小使吸附量-解吸量呈指数形式增加;盐度对解吸量的影响程度大于吸附量,最大吸附和最小解吸出现在低盐度区;温度对吸附-解吸平衡的影响较大,随温度升高吸附量和解吸量均呈线性关系增加,且平衡时间有所延长。

PHOSPHATE BUFFER MECHANISMS IN THE HUANGHE RIVER ESTUARY I. THE ANSORPTION AND DESORPTION OF PHOSPHATE BY SUSPENEDE MATTER

Abstract:
Phosphate buffer mechanisms in the Huanghe River estuary are discussed in this paper. The effect of adsorption and desorption of phosphate by different sizes of Huanghe River estuarine suspended particles (suspended matter and resuspended sediments) were investigated by means of the simulated experiments of Huanghe River estuary in the laboratory, under the various conditions of temperature, salinity, equilibrous time and content of particles. The results indicate that 1) the adsorb and desorb rates of phosphate by suspended particles are fairly rapid in the first few minutes, they will slow down and equilibrium is reached in 4-5 hours; 2) the adsorb and desorb amounts of phosphate decrease in an exponential form while the content of particle increases; 3) when the size of particle decreases, the adsorb and desorb amounts of phosphate increase exponentially; 4) generally, the adsorb amount decreases and the desorb amount increases with an increase in salinity, and the variation scope of desorb amount is relatively large; maximum adsorption and minimum desorption are in the range of low salinity (about 2-3); 5) temperature has a great effect on adsorption and desorption; if temperature increases, then the adsorb and desorb amounts of phosphate increase in a linear form, and the equilibrous time tends to be long.
