渤、黄海大泷六线鱼耳石微化学特征与群体判别

摘要:
群体划分是经济鱼种数量评估与科学管理的基础。为探究中国近海大泷六线鱼耳石微化学成分特征及群体分化状况,采集了连云港、青岛、威海、烟台、秦皇岛、大连、丹东7个野生群体和1个威海养殖群体的大泷六线鱼。利用LA-ICPMS技术测定耳石中的微化学元素,以元素与钙的比值进行了分析,结果显示,Na/Ca、Sr/Ca、Fe/Ca、Mg/Ca在耳石中含量较高,而Mn/Ca、Ba/Ca、Zn/Ca、Li/Ca较低。耳石1龄前与边缘区元素含量不同显示出元素沉积的年际差异。耳石中Sr/Ca表现出大泷六线鱼高盐度的海洋履历生活史特征。组间比较(S-N-K检验)结果显示Na/Ca、Sr/Ca、Fe/Ca在群体间具显著性差异(P<0.05)。耳石边缘区元素与环境中元素比较发现,Li、Mn元素在耳石中富集程度较大,Sr在耳石的中元素含量远远大于水环境中的浓度,说明耳石中的元素沉积与海水中元素并不是简单的线性关系。耳石1龄前元素指纹的判别分析结果表明,大泷六线鱼群体的判别成功率为63.0%,判别正确范围30.0%~80.0%,耳石边缘区元素的判别正确率为57.1%,判别正确范围20.0%~80.0%,秦皇岛群体有高的判别成功率80.0%。耳石元素指纹可以用于不同大泷六线鱼群体的判别研究。

Microchemical characteristics of Otoliths and group discrimination of Hexagrammos otakii from the Bohai and Yellow Sea

Abstract:
Population division is the basis of economic fish species population assessment and scientific management. To investigate the microchemical composition characteristics and group differentiation of otoliths of Hexagrammos otakii in offshore China, 7 wild populations from Lianyungang, Qingdao, Weihai, Yantai, Qinhuangdao, Dalian and Dandong and 1 aquaculture population from Weihai of Hexagrammos otakii were collected. The microchemical elements in otoliths were determined by LA-ICPMS technique, and the ratio of elements to calcium was analyzed, and the results showed that Na/Ca, Sr/Ca, Fe/Ca, Mg/Ca were higher in otoliths, while Mn/Ca, Ba/Ca, Zn/Ca, Li/Ca were low. The difference in element content between the otolith pre-1 age and the marginal zone showed the interannual difference of element deposition. The Sr/Ca in the otolith showed the marine life history characteristics of the high salinity of Hexagrammos otakii. Comparison between groups (S-N-K test) showed that Na/Ca, Sr/Ca, Fe/Ca had significant differences among groups(P<0.05). Comparing the elements in the otolith marginal zone with the elements in the environment, it was found that Li and Mn elements were highly enriched in the otolith, and the element content of Sr in the otolith was much higher than that in the water environment, indicating that the element deposition in the otolith is closely related to the seawater. Elemental deposition in otoliths is not a simple linear relationship with elements in seawater. The results of discriminant analysis of Na/Ca, Sr/Ca, Mg/Ca, Mn/Ca element fingerprints of otoliths before the pre-1 age showed that the success rate of discrimination in the populations of Hexagrammos otakii is 63.0%, and the correct range of discrimination is 30.0%~80.0%, the correct rate of discriminating elements in the marginal zone of otoliths is 55.8%, and the correct range of discrimination is 40.0%~88.9%. The Qinhuangdao group had a high discrimination success rate of 80.0%. Otolith elemental fingerprints could be used to discriminate different populations of Hexagrammos otakii.
