“黑珍珠”波浪滑翔器研发综述

摘要:
经过30余名技术人员的8年坚守和专注研发,“黑珍珠”波浪滑翔器技术日趋成熟,并在气象水文调查、水质生态监测、海洋声学观测、卫星遥感验证等领域得到推广应用,成为我国国产化高端海洋装备知名品牌。10余项国家级和省部级项目资助基本覆盖了国家科技资助计划的全链条,8次台风观测验证了平台在极端海况下的生存能力,单次最大航时320天航程14271.4公里表明了其外海大洋常态化观测的极大潜能,20余家海洋权威机构的应用诠释了无人移动平台在未来海洋观测中的巨大市场需求,100余套的批量生产和6次我国市场公开招投标销售标志着产业化进程的开始。此外,20余项发明专利、30余篇论文,95%以上的国产化率以及近10种产品型号系列等体现“黑珍珠”波浪滑翔器技术的核心竞争力。高端海洋装备研发周期长,资金投入大,正所谓“十年磨一剑,一剑磨十年”。把准方向、团结协作、持之以恒、攻坚克难是专业人员研发高端海洋装备取得成功的必要条件。

Abstract:
"Black Pearl" wave glider technologies are becoming more and more sophisticated and mature due to over 30 skilled technicians’ perseverance and concentration on R&D for 8 years. “Black Pearl” wave glider has gradually been applied in meteorological and hydrological investigation, water quality and ecological monitoring, marine acoustic observation, satellite remote sensing verifi-cation etc. Nowadays, it has become a domestic produced high-end marine equipment with a well-known brand. More than 10 national or provincial & ministerial level funded research projects have basically covered the whole chain of national science and technology funding program. Eight times typhoon observations have verified the platform''s viability under extreme sea conditions. A continuous maximum navigation spending 320 days with a voyage distance of 14271.4 km indicates that it has the great potential capability of ocean normalization observation in the open ocean. The applications of more than 20 marine authorities have inter-preted the huge potential market demand for the unmanned mobile platform. The batch production of more than 100 sets and open bidding sales of 6 times in domestic market mark the beginning of the industrialization process. In addition, more than 20 licensed invention patents, more than 30 published papers, more than 95% localization rate, about 10 product model series and so on reflect the core competitiveness of the "black pearl" wave glider technology. As it is called “spending ten years to grind a sword, a sword needs ten years to grind”, the R&D cycle of high-end marine equipments is long and its investment is large. It is necessary for skilled technical staffs to succeed in the research and development of high-end marine equipments to follow the direction, cooperate with each other, persevere and overcome difficulties.
